Openfields has served as a strategy and innovation partner for Reach Out & Read for over four years. On the occasion of ROR's 30th Anniversary in 2019, our team took on two major efforts. First, we served as strategic advisors, helping the leadership team imagine how ROR can position itself as a leading voice in the evolution of pediatric care toward an integrated medical home. This effort culminated in an innovation summit at Duke University.
Second, we helped ROR imagine and design a series of new business model scenarios for evolving their network of partners and affiliates into a more focused, data-driven, and mission-minded organization.
