Career Design: Strategy & Curriculum Design for Stanford Graduate School of Business

Higher Ed Program Design
We helped design and facilitate six custom workshops to integrate design-thinking methods developed at the Stanford into the career planning process of top-tier MBA's.

The project included extensive interviews with students and faculty, developing a motivation matrix as the basis for designing student pathways, and producing a series of student stories to help narrate the overall vision for the project.

89.9% of student survey respondents would recommend the sessions to others.

“I loved Career Design. I can't believe this was a pilot. Super useful - very well run, well thought out and incredibly useful part of my first quarter."
